i opted to trade my 18 mile run this sunday to compete in P.F. Chang’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona Half Marathon. clever, i know :) 31 more days until the big race day. i’m getting my last supplies of energy gels and sports drinks. i’ll have a whole list of product endorsements when this is done. i’m thinking it may be time for another new pair of sneakers too! once i get to 500 miles… i think i’ll take a rest!

i’ve cleaned out my Etsy shop leaving a few special items. i’m looking forward to creating a new series. these days i’m craving new-ness! i also have a great connection with someone to make custom frames for my work. that is a dream come true.

i’m currently training for the Lost Dutchman Arizona Marathon in February 2010. just about finish week 1 of training and i’m already setting new personal records.
